1、 Project Overview
1. Venue introduction. The China Animation Museum (hereinafter referred to as the "Animation Museum") is the first "national level" animation themed museum approved by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the Chinese Animation Society. It integrates exhibition, collection, education, experience, academic and other functions, aiming to build the largest, richest and most authoritative modern animation museum in China, the first of its kind in China, and an international first-class museum.
2. Geographical location. The Sports Museum is located at 375 Baimahu Road, Changhe Street, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, on an island east of the Baimahu Ecological Creative City Animation Plaza. The planned land area is 2.77 hectares, and the main building area is approximately 30167 square meters.
2、 Service Content
1. Explanation service
(1) Responsible for providing explanatory services throughout the exhibition area of the entire museum.
(2) Participate in the writing, editing, and arrangement of explanatory words.
(3) Assist the competent department in carrying out social science popularization education activities.
(4) Other work related to explanation services.
2. Venue Services
(1) Responsible for answering various inquiries at the exhibition area, providing service consultation, lost and found, lost and found broadcasting, and other convenient services
(3) Responsible for recording, organizing, and providing feedback on visitor reception information.
(2) Responsible for searching, borrowing, and organizing books in the anime library.
(3) Responsible for providing guidance on the experience, operation, and maintenance of various multimedia and interactive exhibition facilities and equipment in the exhibition area.
(4) Responsible for conducting inspections, controlling entrances and exits, guiding audiences, and maintaining order in theaters.
(5) Responsible for the daily simple operation and cleaning of facilities and equipment in the theater, assisting in theater performances, cinema screenings, and conference support.
(6) Responsible for liaising with maintenance suppliers of facilities and equipment in theaters and exhibition areas, promptly handling various software and hardware failures, and supervising the implementation of various maintenance plans.
(7) Assist the security management department in properly and reasonably handling various unexpected situations.
(8) Other work related to venue services.
3. Security officer on duty service
(1) According to the requirements of museum security officer management, provide daytime security officer supervision and inspection, and nighttime security officer duty services for venues, fulfill the duties of security officers, and conscientiously keep duty records.
(2) Other work related to safety officer duty services.
3、 Overall requirements for service personnel
The China Animation Museum is the first "national level" animation themed museum in China, which collects, displays, and showcases numerous scientific, interactive, and ornamental animation technology exhibits. It is equipped with supporting functional areas such as derivative exhibition and sales areas, theaters, libraries, cafes, and restaurants, with strict requirements for professionalism, safety, and standardized operations. The audience service strives for professionalism, efficiency, meticulousness, and thoughtfulness.
（1） The purchaser shall centrally manage the outsourcing service management organization established by the successful supplier.
（2） The supplier who completes the transaction shall establish corresponding rules and regulations for the management, recruitment, training, and assessment of professional technical service personnel based on the actual situation of the museum. Before implementation, they shall report to the purchaser and implement them with the purchaser's consent.
（3） The purchaser has direct participation and approval rights in the establishment of important positions, personnel recruitment, and management decisions. If deemed necessary, the purchaser may review the financial status and financial statements of the contracted suppliers.
（4） When dealing with special, emergency, and sudden accidents, the purchaser has direct command over the personnel providing professional technical services.
（5） The professional technical service personnel provided by the successful supplier must be stationed at the venue.
（6） The successful supplier must ensure the uninterrupted, continuous, and professional nature of the service, and reasonably allocate and arrange personnel types and quantities to meet the needs of the purchaser.
（7） Suppliers who complete transactions must strictly conduct political audits on their hired personnel to ensure that they have no criminal records.
（8） The employees of the supplier who have completed the transaction should dress uniformly according to the job requirements, regulate their speech and behavior, pay attention to their appearance and public image, and some image positions should have relevant regulations on body shape, height, etc.
