(3) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (providing a commitment letter or relevant proof materials for possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract);
(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law (provide relevant materials for paying taxes and social security funds in any month of 2019 in accordance with the law, such as tax exemption or no need to pay social security funds in accordance with the law, and provide corresponding documentary evidence);
